anyway, i find it funny how on AOTS last week, parrarah was interviewing a sony executive, and on several occasions, the executive actually refered to the PS3 as “The Greatest Console System Ever”
So I am taking it that PS3 won? Once I opened the link I found out that it wasn’t a vid... therefore it is ghey....
True a video explanation would have made this better. Way they came to their answer was just primitive. I mean any 5 year old could have done with they did.

Exactly, I am a film buff and I plan to major in film in college and I always expect things to be videos...
As you can see, the figures for Wii are nothing short of disturbing, indicating just how many terrible games get rushed senselessly onto the system. Or, to put it less politely, almost one in four Wii games in 2008 were utter, utter crap.
LOL! over 60 games with a score of 4.0 or under tsk tsk tsk.

Yes devs definitely used it to put there crap on. And it makes sense. CAn’t afford to put that much crap on HD systems or the developers would go under. HD development is so expensive that it keeps quality under control. Disturbing as well if you ask me.

These are the times when we need Apple to join the race.
Another point, relating to what you said Zucas, is that because the games are so expensive to make, it is less likely that they will take a risk and make something new and innovative with the technology at hand. Truly sad.

Yea so they can take the crap haha.
Nah as bad as some of those games are, some of the mainstream audience likes them so it keeps Wii hardware high. So it’s better to have it than to not have it. Don’t think PS2 ever complained about all the crap it got.
My concern is that HD development is just so high and time consuming that it’s going to stop risk taking in the market. That could mean bad things for PS3 and 360. Not only are they not getting diversity, whether it be the bad or the good games that Wii, DS, and PS2 get but they may not get the risky games. I mean people always say we only need good quality games but in doing that you limit the diversity and quantity. That’s a bad thing for such an expansive market. Games like Balls of Fury and Bratz may not be the greatest games but they are good for an expansive market.

Haha took the words right out of my mouth. Lack of risk being taken on the PS3 and 360 is a bad thing. As I just said, you need the good and the bad games because an expansive market needs quantity. It also needs quality, not doubt about that, but it needs quantity. In that quantity will always come diversity and risk taking. It’s healthy for such a large market.
