In which order do you think the Zelda games go in (in Story)

I’m trying to get this right.

I thought WW and PH had Link as a child, so that last. In Majora’s Mask he is also a kid, but the story seems to have moved forward a bit.

its rarely the same link, they are all reincarnations of him...


WW takes place in the distant future, but it is stated that link hasnt been seen since slaying ganon as the hero of time which would be OoT...
TP has a few references to Alttp so from that i can see that TP comes right after alttp.. and obviously before OoT... and the first 2 are put in order easily... lol

TP would have to come before OoT seeing as in the opening sequence of WW it states that link hasnt been seen since slaying ganon as the hero of time, also there are references to ALTTP in TP so you can put that TP is right after Alttp...

when was that state? and by who? cause im just going by the games, seeing as in wind waker they say that link vanished for hundreds of years right after slaying ganon as the hero of time (OoT) and hasnt been seen since... and TP has no refrences to OoT but a few to ALTTP...

He actually revealed that it’s a split timeline, and TP and WW are the first games on the different timelines. But as far as years after OoT, TP comes sooner.

I’d like to note that this video is slightly outdated as it was from before Twilight Princess.

ya, it makes tons of sense actually, the only place it might be wrong is TP... because TP has reference to ALTTP... i forget where exactly, but i remember there being at least a little reference in it... and the fact that link is said not to have come back when ganon escaped his seal after hyrule B... i think that would have made more sense if i would replay links awakening and actually play loz 2 (which i didnt much like) all the way through, and minish cap which i havent found a copy of yet..

plus i never saw the thing where they said that OoT was the first, and i completely spaced the fact that OoT had that split, seeing as i havent played that one in a while... only MM, WW, and ALTTP

A lot of that makes sense from GT.

i should really get ahold of the other zelda games again..

i had the oricle of games and links awakening, but my brother flushed the oricle games, and our links awakening vanished...

I decided to Play Wind Waker after everybody turned it down yesterday. Man, the beginning is long.

im pretty far in it my third time through.... im getting money for tingle to desifer my triforce maps... i just finished beating Alttp again... got everything but 3 hearts... kicked ganon’s ass barely getting hit...
