I’am going to have to remain anonymous for legal reasons, but i’am here to happily spread some info i found out from a friend of mine who works with Sony in the gaming field.
The info i want to tell you all is the new name of the new GTA. The name of the new Grand
Theft Auto is going to be called “Monto” and the setting is going to be in canada based on the cities of Montreal and Toronto. Combine the two names and you get “Monto”.
Creators thought San Andreas was a fairly large game, but thought vice city was a fairly smaller game considering area to explore. Vice city was one city and San andreas was 3 cities and a country setting. They now want to make the new GTA a bit smaller and make an area of 2 cities instead of 3 or 1.
Sony got the rights to feature canadian cities considering canada is a part of the Sony gaming industry, so Canada had no problems with it and thought it was actaually a good idea and would shed some light on Canada.
This game will feature Colder temperatures, snow, icey ponds, mini games ice hockey, snow tires on the cars, snowmobiles, YOU NAME IT! anything that has to do with snow and colder temps.
I’am still yet to get word on if Sony plans on using real life automobiles and brands of clothing. Hopefully soon i will find this out.
