Is there a roster of playable characters stronger than Marvel vs Capcom 2

I can’t think of any. I mean the Capcom guys are no pushovers, but Hulk, The Juggernaut, Blackheart, Cable, Shuma-Gorath, Thanos, Magneto, among others makes them seem near unbeatable unless there is game I never played where you control omnipotents.
