Don’t care. You can dress a pig up in the finest dress but in the end it’s still a pig. First one was sub par and doesn’t look like they’ve advanced more on the second one no matter how good the visuals look. Just a run of the mill shooter that doesn’t even perfect what has already been perfected. That’s just sad.
well, being as i actually saw the potential that the first one had (unlike these mother fuckers), i’m fuckin' excited about this one. the game would’ve released this month if it wasn’t for R2’s release... so, releasing in Feb gives them about 2 solid months of nothing but polish.

I hope that this game would be something fresh. Cuz I am realy sick of mindless shooters, want more realistick. And while Flashpoint 2 is not in the magazines this one should do the job.

I’ve played enough shooters like that to know what they are. And really judging from videos it doesn’t even perfectly copy what’s already there.
This game is just overvhyped because of it’s visuals. So it’s more justifiable to say this game is going to be awesome based off visuals while I can’t go around saying it’ll be sub-par based off gameplay videos. Hypocrisy at its best. Either put down both or keep it to yourself.

Thank you i belive the first was a good game mabye lacking in parts but god none the les i liked the weapons and the helgast standard rifle was my favorite gun.
I think it will be a fun game...doesn’t look much like the last one which is a good thing, and don’t ever call gears 2 anything except for a beautiful but generic shooter.

ending sucked balls too.
And killzone 2 isn’t? Anyway, Gears series really pushed dock and cover shoot to many other shooters today. You can’t call it generic.
