What do you think a power bomb is? And they were used against her in Prime 2 by the plant-thing boss.
No your just overestimating Samus and underestimating an Overlord. They have enough power to take planet destroyers and can even destroy them. Some have unique powers like time travel. Hell Babylon can destroy planets just from ramming them and was defeated by Zetta.
And Zetta would survive like some of the other enemies in the game and hit her with the Zodiac attack or just travel to the past and wipe out the Chozo. Oh wait this is Laharl,he would catch her in his cape and after it was destroyed play it safe come up with a plan and kill her.

Then explain to me how so many other beings weaker than Zetta can survive it? Also it was so no one could survive THE ONES curse yet Babylon did and he was no match for Zetta.
