Yeah, L4D2 does look dissapointing in terms of setting and characters. I do like the use of melee weapons though.

I don’t. Chainsaw makes gameplay unbalanced because most Infected can only hurt you by getting in close. Chainsaw eliminates the threat of attack.

You can still shout at them, they just won’t hear you.

Besides, the chainsaw is likely going to be very slow and won’t allow you to melee attack while charging another attack.

Left 4 Dead 2 should have a feature where you can pick the old characters to I need to use Louis!

Yeah, they really balanced it out. You become fatigued now if you do it a few times and then you have to wait a few seconds until you can melee again.

Kinda. Daylight doesn’t seem like a bad idea, but they’ll have to do it the right way. Think about it: Most people think of “light” as “safe”. Not anymore. (They have night levels too, so don’t freak, Link. No matter how much you want to.)

Oh, and that “twinkie” you’re asking about is a new infected. The Charger. Same general premise as the Tank, but a bit weaker. All the origal Special Infected will be returning as well, and also a “Wandering Witch”. Hope this helped.

It doesn’t look as good as the original by a long shot - but the guy in the suit looks cool enough.

Maybe the characters are customizable? You can make your own, eh?
