Neither should Halo for that matter. I mean if you are going to put Halo and FF12 on this list then Metroid Prime has to be in front of them. Wow I like the first 5 but man I really didn’t look past that. Wow what the hell is Halo and FF12 doing on this list haha.
But man the latter half. Grr I mean not necessary exchanign spots but instead of Halo should be Metroid Prime, instead of FF12 should be FF7. Or something like that. And where the hell is Super Mario Bros.

It’s fan voted, opinions these days are crowded by younger gamers who have no respect for what made gaming what it is.

Very safe way of going about it. But I’m just looking at what it says. The 10 greatest games of all time. And yet some how games like Halo and FF12 are in here. yet games like Soul Calibur, Goldeneye 007, Doom, Super Mario Bros, ect ect didn’t even make it.

Exactly. Fans are stupid. =P
And FFXII deserves a spot. Its actually a J-RPG with, you know, gameplay. Well, maybe FFVI or the original could get it...If anyone said FFVII I’d go buck wild.
But, sad that Doom, 007, or SMB didn’t get a spot. Doom or 007 could replace Halo easy, and SMB could replace Super Mario World. And, while I don’t care for it, GTA 3 should probably be in there.
But it goes to show just how great and powerful of a game OoT is. NO matter who’s doing it, it always seems to be recognized as the greatest game of all time. The only time it isn’t first it’s second. And the only other title I’ve seen put in front of it is Super Mario Bros.

One of the 3-D pioneer console games. I mean, going back, it really has lost its touch. But back in the day, it was epic and insane to be able to have that large and that open of a 3-D world to play an adventure in. It also had some of the neatest items (and item ideas). The only beef anyone could really have is the story is very meh...
And Super Mario Bros. revived western gaming. 'Nuff said.
Well I liked the LoZ: OoT storyline. And for the time it was actually one of the best available. Now storyline seem to be going to like movie esque style such as TP.
But I really can go back and play OoT and still be amazed by the game. Especially the music. I apsolutely love the music in the game. It’s jsut something that never leaves ya.
