Capcom announced today that its upcoming PlayStation 3 title Devil May Cry 4 is in simultaneous development for Xbox 360 and PC platforms. The 360 release is slated for a same-day release as the PS3 version. The game follows a new character, Nero, as he defeats supernatural enemies with his demonic arm. The series is known for its combo-heavy action and rich gothic atmosphere.
“Capcom is committed to making its titles available to as wide an audience as possible, and has been building its technology base to meet that goal,” said Mark Beaumont, executive vice president, officer and head of Capcom consumer software publishing in the Americas and Europe. “This announcement means that PS3, Xbox 360 and PC owners worldwide will be able to experience the latest installment of one of Capcom’s pillar franchises.”

If Sony has loss the exclusive DMC4 then what else could they lose? Could we really see Final Fantasy XIII and Metal Gear Solid 4 on the 360 as well?
