It’s been announced just not coming out this year. It’s NIntendo’s megaton game for next year.

Um it’ll have wifi and some advanced graphics over the previous series. Really that’s all I know.

It should be at E3. At least in announcement or something. If not there then TGS if Nintendo goes. Who knows. We’ll have to see. But Mario Kart Wii is in the works with online and should be coming out in 2008. Probably late 2008 though.

I hope they have some nice big game changes and lots of arenas and tracks.

I hope the controls remain basically the same. Some motion sensing in certain parts and for certain things won’t hurt though.

Oh the game will most certainly have motion sensing for all the driving. But I’m hoping some true revolutionary stuff for this game. They said Double Dash was that but it never was. I want to see what Nintendo can do to make this amazing series just that much better.

You know many people just don’t know how huge Mario Kart is. It is one of Nintendo’s best saling franchise. Haha it’s bigger than Smash Bros sales wise for the N64 and GC years. So when this game is announced for 2008 all I hear people is saying that Nintendo has no big games for 2008. But Mario Kart is apsolutely huge. And having that in 2008 gives Wii just a megaton game for the year. People just never give Mario Kart enough credit.

I don’t know. Motion sensing for driving just doesn’t seem to fit with Mario Kart. The Karts are pretty sensitive with the analog stick and battles would be more problematic than fun.

I think they will do it like Mario Kart DS and have it more of a hybrid I guess you could say.

I think the motion sensing would be used to have some control over the character’s arm or something for weapons and such.

If they do have full motion sensing controls I think it would be more of an option.

Yeah, Mario Kart is way bigger than Super Smash Bros.

I like it better too.

Well it could be an option. As remember the GC and Classic controller have been used in many games as a second way to play. You know kinda of an insurance if you don’t want to use motion sensing controls. So guess if Nintendo does that then we’ll see. But Nintendo has been going full blast out. Nothing but motion sensing to ensure that you use it and like it. But we’ll see.

I really don’t think Nintendo would have it as anything but an option because that could possibly turn off a lot of people.

I really think the hybrid option would be a much more intuitive and unique way of doing it.

Well we’ll see. Nintendo does things their own way and we should all know that by now. But I think there’s a chance for classic controller control.

I think they should up the battle mode. Give it a nice overhaul. That would be great.
