well everybody would get killed by the Metroids an at the end it would be Samus Vs. the metorids and seeing that there is almost no metroids left from the fight she would be the one that would win cause shes the only one that has the Dark beam,Power Bomb,and the ice beam

seriously, this topics dead, no one would win that battle, save for maybe Kane and THE ENTIRE Brotherhood Of Nod’s forces. maybe, i say again to clarify- maybe, theyd win....
