The game does have a shitty framerate, even when you turn off motion blur. The freezes are due to the game loading. Its a big ass game and has some high res texture mapping and loads of polygons.

But at least the RPG elements and story are amazing. I can’t say the combat is very breathtaking, pretty much a shitty Gears of War with spells.

Wow, I played through 1.5 times and never saw any of that. No slow down, no freezing, nothing. Only thing I saw were some textures that didn’t load all the way. Then a second or two later they were.
