Metal Gear 4 help

I need help on the level with Vamp. guys pleez post soon im at a friends.

Omfg that fight annoyed the shit outa me, You gotta shoot him till he dies, then get 2 him before he gets up, switch too your Injector, grab him and inject him with it.

shoot him till he hits the ground then get him with my injector? the syringe? and how do u get the syringe out?

its an item and i dont know how to get it out

You equip it, look it up on google for better instruction K? It was a while ago I did it.

you equip, use cqc and then inject it in him. thanks CPO u may lock this thread now.
