Microsoft to possibly buy capcom?

It ain’t happening. You misunderstand the background of this. This is a 3 yr old rumor. This was rumbling back when Xbox was alive when MS wanted to try to get into the Japanese market. But that rumor remained a rumor. The only reason it’s even popped up again is with sucess of Dead Rising and Lost Planet. But that’s just people talking. It’s a shot down rumor that is not going to happen. Sorry but this is a bogus rumor.

all 3 companies have right to Capcom.... but Capcom is so big, don’t be surprised if Sony, MS, or Nitnendo try to buy it.

Resident Evil is one of the best selling games ever. And have you seen RE4 on the Gamecube. Get overyour self. MS ain’t buying Capcom. No one is buying Capcom. It’s just not happening. I mean companies buy out smaller independent companies not huge corporations that make games. Especially ones who support other consoles more and if joined that company would lose millions in sales in that game.

It’s jsut so slim of happening that I an GAmespot are throwing it off as bogus.

What would be something good that would come out of it though. I mean if Microsoft bought it, then what would be the number one good thing they would do.

My guess is the graphics and a more first person veiw shooting style.

You must really not like the RE series or simply want to ruin it. Whichever way that is why RE should never be MS exclusive.

Nah, never liked shooting zombies. Always enjoyed thowing cheats into the game and raping my enemies. Metal Gear Solid is really the kind of game for me.

Really though. What would be better then a street fighter character vs. Master Chief.
