Most weapons in an FPS

Random question: does anyone know what first person shooter has the most weapons of them all? (not including downloadable user made weapons like in garrysmod)

goldeneye had a lot but not as many as cod4, but their must be somthing more than cod 4. how many did timesplitters have, ive never played it?
