That’s right, now you can earn points in the 'MvC Members Rep' thread in off-topic. It’s pretty simple and now the Division leaders of MvC have agreed with Cid that we should do this. Here’s how it works...
1st Place = 3 Rep points.
2nd Place = 2 Rep Points.
3rd Place = 1 Rep Point.

Ranking System
There are two different ranking systems. PP (Personal Points) and the rank that you are given. The Division leader always remains the leader despite the amount of PP points he has.
Ranks
= Clan Leader.
The clan leader makes all of the decisions, Tournament times, rankings, and basically manages the clan. He can set up tournaments as well. He also fixes problems between members, with tounrmants, etc.
= Secoundary-Clan Leader(s).
The Secondary-Clan leader(s) help the clan Leader manage the clan and keep everything up to date. They also can set up tournaments but must first ask the clan leader. If they do set up a tournament they are allowed to mantain it and if they should come across any problems with their tournmanet they should report it to the Division Leader.
= Clan General.
The Clan General’s job is to make sure that the Clan Recruiter is doing his job. He also tries to encourage lower ranks to try and get promoted.
= Clan Recruiter.
The Clan Recruiter’s job is to go throughout Moviecodec and find ppl who have PS3’s with PSN accounts. Their job is to get these ppl to join the PS3 division of the clan.
= New Recruit.
New Recruits have no power or jobs.
Personal Points
These points are awarded to members who are active, sign-up/participate in tourneys, and try to help improve the division. These points define a members rank (aside from the Division leader). These points are shown next to a members name in red.
10 PP = Clan Recruiter
30 PP = Clan General
60 PP = Secondary-Clan Leader
You can earn a different amount of PP depending on what you do. Also note that the division leader is the only one who gives PP and you may do something not on the list below to earn/lose PP.
Creating a PSN Tag = 5 PP
Participating in a Tournament = 15 PP
Creating Tourney/Division Banners = 10 PP
Creating Tournaments (4 or less people involved) = 10 PP
Creating Tournaments (5 or more people involved) = 20 PP
Arguing even after a Leader tells you to stop = -5 PP
Topic Spam = -10 PP
Not Showing Up for a Tourney that you signed up for = -5 PP
