need some help on Outrun 2006: Coast to Coast for the PS2

I’m totally confused about this game. I have beaten Clarrisa’s stages and i am now on Jeniffer’s stages. I can’t seem to unlock all the stages though, I’ve got AA on just about everything but the last tier won’t unl.lock the three or four sub missions how do i unlock these missions so i can get an A ranking and play the Nikki Stages?
