in 30 years im pretty sure that 4320 p will be considered crap, we would have a different type of tv like the paper thin flexy one that currently works and is being developed by sony, (also in very good colour), or sonys oled which can be bought now i think and they are the thinest screens in the world but can only be made to a size of 15 inch and they have better contrast than plama tvs which is very amazing

But, have you noticed that many many inventions were never even THOUGHT of 5 years before, and came true 5 years later? iTs the same thing, a new (or many new) technology will appear that will permit the evolution of HD to this new SUPER HD. Its only a matter of time before this new technology which I’m pretty sure they’re developing, will happen .
When on Earth did NASA think they could send a man to the Moon? they did, in the 80’s and now, as a matter of fact, they are going to send a man t Mars in 2013 (and New Horizons, a spaceship they send in January, is headed for PLUTO and will arrive in 2015.
