New Wii Color in Japan: Monster Hunter 3 Bundle

Well with sales in Japan slowing for Ninty, they appear to want to change that quite strongly. Although many asked for a pricedrop, they do have something in the pipe. With one of the largest games in Japan this year releasing, Monster Hunter 3, they are giving the Wii not only a cool bundle but an entirely new color. Yes, the black wii has returned.













Also it appears something special for Wii Sports Resort as well.



Will this help Ninty regain its former status in Japan with the Wii? Well it can’t hurt.

Some people just don’t understand the Golden Rule.

Capcom says they want to bring it to America in Spring 2010. No idea if the Black Wii will make it to America considering it’s a special bundle with MH3.

Not as of late. Given the fact they haven’t had any big releases (aside from Monster Hunter G) since late 2008 and the strong yen has severely driven their sales down in Japan. Same with every other platform as well but it has drawn more concern for the Wii.
