first of all, the ps2 is bringing in more money than ps3, ps3 is bringing in little to nothing (remember they are in it for the long term)
2nd sony makes TVs, movies, cell phones, cds, dvds, blu ray, MP3s, they invented the walkman O.O,
what does nintendo do? consoles, and games.

i think that source is incorect cause i watch the market often and its incredibly unlikly that nintendo would be worth more since it only does one thing, from what i remember sony was the biggest company

and i also study economics, and yeah ive got another reason why sony priced the console so high, and i think it was a smart move, and the majourity of people wont see it but when they take the next move u will see

This is pretty much were it stops though, the other companies are Toyota, Honda and such, and I really doubt it will VER get that high in market value.

And no P. Moore, the source is not incorrect, you also believe that because Sony makes a lot of producs, people buy them. Microsoft makes 1/5th of what Sony makes, and, whose the most powerfull company? Hell, Microsoft is THE most valuable company in the world.

Nintendo’s shares temporarily overtook Sony, hitting a record high of 45,350 yen (approx $367), which brought the company’s net worth to 6.57 trillion yen ($53 billion). At the close of the Tokyo-based Nikkei stock exchange, Nintendo’s shares had dropped down to 45,100 yen ($365).

Nintendo is reported to have sold about 2.37 million Wii consoles in the US, 2 million in Japan, and 1.47 million in other regions, including Europe.

Nintendo has been doing incredibly well recently with the ever increasing popularity of the Nintendo Wii and its handheld counterpart, the DS. Sony currently makes a loss on every PS3.

Haha your joking right. Exxon is 4-5 to even 6x bigger than MS. Exxon makes MS look like an ant. There are a lot of corporations bigger than MS. Exxon is one of the largest if not the largest. I don’t know if it’s above Wal Mart or not yet though. But MS isn’t even close to being the most valuable. Exxon gets about 8-10 billion a quarter on non holiday seasons.
