The company that made gears of War nixed the rumer about a trilogy of the Gears of War games. What he said was why stop at three. The company plans on making it into a franchise like Zelda, MArio, Final Fantasy, and so on. So bad news towards the people hoping there would be a trilogy.
Good news for the people that wanted to series to never end.

Probably. But I heard after Halo 3 they will still make Halo games but not useing that storyline. Like I heard that Peter Jackson and his gaming company will make a Halo game.

So when the Halo triligoy comes to an end then do you suppose there would be a new game series with MC picking up where halo 3 left off? Metroid Prime 3 will end the Prime series but retro said they would still make more metroid games possibly a new 3d metroid game with a new storyline after the end of prime 3.

Yeah it’s Halo Wars. Supposed to be an MMO of some type. I heard Master Chief won’t even make an appearance. It’s set behind the Master Chief seen and other battles going on in other places where Master Chief is not present. They still have Spartan Soldiers, just not Master Chief specifically. What would be awesome is while playing story mode on Halo Wars with a different character, then all the sudden comes MC as your A.I. teammate during one of the battles you’ve previously played on Halo 1, 2, or 3 except you’re not MC this time.

By MMO do you mean RTS? Halo Wars is going to be an RTS and is separate from Peter Jackson’s Project
