I got the game and it works very nice, the combat is fun and easy to learn while the game has some funny moments. I am already the 9th best assassin in my game.

The minigame moments work nicely as well it is a good game, can be a little repetivie but it gets better over time and you have to anticpate your foes moves.

Not really, the fun part is that you can ruin stuff on the streets and hit people but the cops never chase you.

Haha its not like GTA at all. I mean it has an open world part except more hilarious haha. Everything about No More Heroes is this surreal punk comedy and its done fantasitcally. I mean Rockstar wishes they could strive to make such a creative game as Suda 51 has.
