NO REALLY THE REVOLUTION DOES ROCK!!

I just see all of these topics saying the Revolutions sucks so how about I make one where people can talk about how much is rules.

It rules because:

20 years of gaming library in one console for download
Has a sweet controller
Full backwards Compatability
Will have some sweet graphics thanks to cube-mapping and a PPU
Has most of the great series such as Zelda, Mario, Metroid, ect.
A sweet, sleek console unlike the giants that can barely get through your door such as PS3, and X360.
A new online that will hopefully be amazing and comparable to Xlive.

So that is why it rules.

And please no Nintendo haters. You have your own forums.

Has a sweet controller- ur either blind, or mistaking the 360 controller for the rev. The rev controller is TERRIBLE! absolutely AWFUL! why the hell is it a freakin remote anyway?!

And actually backwards compatibility is different fromt the virtual console.

Backwards compatibility has to do with the ability to play GC games while the virtual console deals with being able to play and download games from the last 20 years.

Do you know what I found awful funny today? As I was playing XLive, my friend Kouryuoh and I were arguing with this kid over the Revo (as usual). Eventually after 5 minutes we convinced him that it is going to rock. But even after he admitted it, he said and i quote “I might get one if it sells well”. Are we really such a conforming society that we need something to sell well for us to buy it. i think this is crazy, if you want something than you should be able to get it without having to worry about what the rest of the population says. Microsoft and Sony are in a sense “peer-pressuring” kids into buying their systems. They are making it seem like the only way that you can be cool is if you have a 360 or a PS3. Nintendo on the other hand isn’t pressuring anyone. They are just making a great system (like they have been for years) and having the public enjoy it. The whole reason for games anyway is to escape from reality. Since when do you need reality to tell you how to escape it? In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson “To believe your own thought, to believe that what is true for you in your private heart, is true for all men-that is genius”.

Nintendo is making a system for the geniuses of the world.
