Oblivion- best place to get heavy armor and blades

Im like level 15 and Im desperate for a new sword and some new heavy armor. Im currently wielding a silver long, and I have full steel except my dwarven boots. Where could I find or buy some better equipment? My luck is 76.

I got full dwarven armor when I walked into Shivering Isles, nice deal.

Market at a high level, or patrol the mountains.

Market District, or cross the lands in search of them.

where did you get it in the SI? I got my full steel there from some dead guy who had tried to get outside of the walls. I almost died lol.

Nope, it’s outside. New Sheoth is the city and Castle that Sheogorath lives in. It’s across the entire map. But Cutter will make you the best weapons in the game, you can even enchant them afterwards. Making them more powerful.

that sucks because Im afraid to face that one monster dude to get out of the Fringe. What level do I have to be?

Don’t matter, you can kill him and leave whenever you wish. And cutter makes weapons based on your level. The more powerful you are, the better the armor and weapons.

I mean like what level do I have to be to kill the monster thing?

oh and once I get out of the Fringe, can I fast travel to NS?

I already said your level doesn’t matter when killing the monster.

And I’m not sure if you can fast travel there.
