Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing Review

This game is so awesome you must play it! I couldnt recommend this game enough! The graphics are years ahead of any games today! The story is so deep and interesting youll laugh at Legend of Zeldas story. The gameplay is where it shines where the cars are so detailed and easy to handle. Its got so much replayability and hours of entertainment for you! The only bad thing is this game is sooooo good that any other game you play will be shit compared to this, so this will be the last game you will play or need!

SCORE:

there smiley

Guitar Hero III (Wii)

Game play: 9.5

The game play is everything you would expect from a Guitar Hero game and more. With songs ranging from Country to Speed Metal, you won’t be disappointed by the selection. Difficulty has been increased a bit, placing Hard mode for GH III around the level of Extreme mode for GH II, but after the difficulty leap from GH I to GH II that was to be expected. And as a final bonus there is the incredibly difficult Through the Fire and Flames by DragonForce to keep even the most Die-Hard fans searching for ways to improve there skills.

Graphics: 6.5

The backgrounds are done pretty well, and guitarist animation is very good. Though most of this will be missed in the desperate search for the right note so you don’t fail your songs. The only complaint in this department would be the singer who is hideous on a good day.

Online: 8.5

Online has a lot of potential, but due the how recently the game was released not much activity has been shown as most are attempting to beat the various levels of campaign mode and unlock all the extra’s in the game. From what little online play so far experienced by myself, I must say that many of those who battle online focus on specific songs, which can get annoying at times. It’s one thing to lose at a song you’ve never heard of. It’s another thing to lose while your opponent gets a 99% and 400 note streak.

Fun Factor: 10

Very fun game, I have already gotten more than enough hours out of this game to be considered a nerd by most of my friends. A little disappointed that extra guitars weren’t available at launch, but the campaign mode more than makes up for the wait to play multiplayer with my brother and friends.

Overall: 8.5

Oblivion GOTY edition (PC)

Game play: 10

Over 650 hours of game play after all side-quests are completed, this game is not only massive, but it takes months of play to delve into it’s depths. Every time you play the game you learn something new about the world you live in, from the ability to make spells, to owning a home, the sky is the limit.

Graphics: 9.5

Amazing graphics that leave me speechless, often I get so distracted by the beautiful scenery that I forget to play the game before me, with a sound track that compliments it perfectly, this is definitely an amazing game to try. (Warning, make sure you graphics card is up to the daunting task.)

Online: (N/A)

No online.

Fun Factor: 9

After spending countless hours of my time on this game I have come to find that it is one of the most exciting games out there and I would encourage anybody who has been curious about what a true RPG should look like to check it out. By 40+ hours into the game you truly feel like your living in your characters shoes.

Overall: 9.5

Warhawk

Warhawk the game that blew everyone away at E3 06 now gets its review...

But first things first...

This game has no Singleplayer. (shocking I know)

But that is alright because the single player would only draw you away from the online experience.

Gameplay
So varied... So balanced... You could jump in a tank a jeep a plane or go it on foot. Every vehicle has its weakness and most of those weakness come from toher vehicles so it is like playing rock paper scissors. Being on foot is very fun but cant compare to the fel of a vehicle so most people spend their time in a vehicle.

Graphics
For some reason i couldnt help but be reminded of crackdown... Never mind that. The water and sky effects look great and the vehicle models are perfect. Although the Chracter models and Terrain are dissapointing.

Online

What do you think i have been talking about! OH alright the servers have their bugs sometimes but there are enough servers and i have not experienced lag.

Fun Factor

Super fun. nuff said. there is nothing like the feeling of blowing Dante up in a tank...

Overall
