Okay I have had this problem with my PC for a while, I have a Dell 4300 with windows XP and it reads all software already installed on it and the discs needed to run the program but when I try to load new software like new games suck as Battlefield 2142 it will not even get read, it won’t even read DVDs like it used to.
I need help with this, if there is anyone who knows of any good ways to fix this or if there are any cleaners that can be used then I would really appreicate it.
