The second installment of the hugely successful PDC World Championship Darts game features more PDC players, improved physics, improved animations, more game modes, full career mode based on the real PDC season, and for the first time, the game will be available on the Wii.
“We are delighted to be able to release the sequel this year, especially as it’s now on the Wii”, said Jim Scott, CEO of Oxygen Games. “We have worked really closely with the PDC to make this the most complete darts game ever, and the amount of new features in this title delivers a true-to-the-sport experience.”
Whilst the PlayStation®2 and PC versions both feature improved control systems, the WiiTM version takes the game to another level: Players throw the dart by using the Wii remote to mimic a real darts throw, with the on-screen dart responding to the timing and smoothness of the release, as well as the accuracy of the throw.
Although I don’t think I could ever see the thrill of throwing darts the Wiimote might add some excitement to a very unexciting game idea.

That might actually be pretty fun on the wii.
yea as I said on any other platform it would probably be pretty boring but on the Wii if done correctly could be quite a fun game. Just depends on how well it’s made.
I mean as a real game I’ve always found darts as fun. And I’ve played a flash game for it on the internet and it was pretty fun. So with a reasonable price and good wiimote controls and coding this could be fun.
