Pokemon Snap Coming to the VC, w/ Added Online Functionality

Nintendo has in a surprise announcement confirmed that the upcoming Virtual Console version of N64 title Pokemon Snap will boast additional Wii-specific functionality – the first time a Virtual Console title will differ from its original coding.

CVG reports that the game will allow people to post photographs they have taken in-game online for other Wii users to gander at.

Cool. It was a pretty fun game back in the day. All hail the first Pokemon rail-shooter, lol.

If only it had some type of replay value, then I might consider buying it on the VC just to delete it. I am a huge pokefan, but this game was the ultimate in BS marketing ploys and I am sorry to admit that I fell for it the 1st time; it will not happen again.

Ah I loved Pokemon Snap. Despite its replay value less than that of a stereotypical sci Fi crap FPS, it was just still so awesome.

I hope they make a Pokemon Snap game for the Wii sooner or later. That would be the shiznits.
