Is there anyway to play PS2 copies on PC???

psx2 emulators are easy to find but hard to work
you need the ps2 bios to play also

i have the ps2 cd but i cant find a way to play it on the emulator it keeps asking for a bios Can someone help me out

a bio is needed to play games on your pc,if you own a ps2 then you ave one inside it but other than ripping it out of your ps2 your fucked,unless you know where to get one from? the problem is its copytright of sony so anyone posting them on a web site are playing with fire.hope that clears it up a bit.

Yeah, like he said you need the proper BIOs to unscramble the play protection. It’s all about the copyright.

how do you get the bios from the ps2 to the pc?

I’ve heard of many ways of doing it. One is buying the pre-made chip and hooking it onto your computer. One friends I know told me “Get out the hacksaw” -Litterally! I’m not to familiar with it. Perhaps I can talk to some of my buds that I know have done it and get some advice on it- i’ll keep you posted!

I found an emulator that will allow you to play the PS2 game in your DVD-ROM drive staright to your comp. you need emule, though.

I have a software(Playstation2) that my friend told me that can play with PS2 DVD on PC and I try to install and play it but it shown the message that it has only Graphic User Interface and didnt run the DVD.They show the address: http://all.at/ps2emu

It mgiht be a fake. Has your friend used it before? Some downloads off of P2P and pretty much all websites are fake. This is because the websites wouldn’t last very long online, since the gov’t wouldn’t have any problems finding out. try getting some from P2P networks. I use Imesh 5.0 and Emule .45a. gl!

i hav to get the bios from my friend’s ps2. the real bios size is about 4MB.the bios work! but the emulator can' run games.

Pulling the bios off the PS2 is very hard and takes months to do. You’re better off doinloading one that somone else already did. I reccomend emule. go to www.emule-project.net, download and use emule to get it
