ps2 emu will not run smoothly in shitty computers, for starters, u guys need at least:

intel pentium core 2 duo with 3.0 ghz
2gb ddr2 ram
nvidia only graphic card with 512 ram
a fast dual layer dvd drive

my ps2 emu runs at 43 fps with this spec, so u guys should
rethink whether ur computer is capable or not

answer- If you have softwares like alcohal-120% or demontools or any cd/dvd image making software. You can make images and play ps2 games.
