yes the Ps3 will get extra content prbly but i heard the 360 will get more (2 whole sections of the city).

Microsoft paid 50 mil for the exclusive extra content, MS would sue rockstar if it went to PS3, and Microsoft would defiantly win.

Rockstar could easily revise a few parts of the MS content and put it on the PS3 and exclusive stuff. If they did it is different enough to get through the legal loopholes.

But I could see RS just giving the PS3 some exclusive content as well.

Well, MS could file a warrant and have people search the Rockstar main building, if they find any activities such as them doing what you said then MS would have enough evidence.

No, they could change enough for them to classify the PS3 content as different and MS couldn’t do anything about it.

It’s like when people copyright the image of a character. You take that character and change their hair and eye color and bam, you can claim it’s completely different.

It really is the same principal. Microsoft payed for exclusive content. So if Sony gets something similar but not exactly the same then MS' content is still exclusive.
