Simmons: “You ever wonder why were here?"
Grif: “Yeah, thats one of life’s great mysteries isnt it? why are we here? are we the result of some cataclysmic coinsidence or is there really a god? I don’t know man, but it keeps me awake at night."
Simmons: “What? i mean, why are we here? What was all that stuff about god?"
Grif: “Nothing”
Simmons: “You wanna talk about it?"
Grif: “No!"
Simmons “you sure?"
Grif “Yep”
Simmons “But seriously, why are we out here? I mean as far as i can see it were in the middle of a box canyon with no way in or out. The only reason we have a red base over here is cause they have a blue base over there and the only reason they have a blue base over there is cause we have a red base over there. If we were to pull out today, they would have two bases in the middle of a box canyon, whoopty fucking do."
Grif “Yeah man,i sign up to fight some aliens and the next thing you know master chief comes along and blows up the whole covenant armada and here i am stuck in the middle of no where."

Church looking through sniper scope with tucker talking. “What are they doing?"
Church “There just standing there”
Tucker “What are they doing now”
Church “God damn Tucker, there still just standing there. Thats what they were doing 5 minutes ago and thats what they will be doing five minutes from now when you ask again. and my answer is still going to be they are still just standing there and they will still be talking."
Tucker “What are they talking about?"
Church turns to Tucker “You know what? I fucking hate you”
