Just grabbed this today for PC and I am shocked at how good it really is. I mean I knew it would be good because it is made by Deep Silver {S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, Gothic 1-3, X2 & X3} But I am blown away by this one



It meshes the best aspects of STALKER {like the AI and the graphic style} with the open play {so far} of Oblivion.

Combat is taking some getting used to, but not too bad at all

STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl (and the prequel) Clear Sky are two of my favourite games ever

in many ways better than Fallout 3

Shadow of Chernobyl is awesome. I played through it like twice in succession lol. used a couple of mods the second time (oblivion lost and i think arsenal)

I heard clear sky wasn’t as good. i still wanna get it, but the enhanced engine makes me wanna wait till i get a better comp. this one could hardly run the first one on lowest settings
