This is an interesting read which puts a lot of facts together to try and see maybe Nintendo is really hinting at what their big September surprise is.
But for those who are unwilling to read it basically states Nintendo may be setting up a community like setting that interacts with a forum, Wii, and DS.

Yep he’s simply hinting at a community communication upgrade to the Wii. Possibly an entire overhaul of the setup for online connections(such as the console friends list) and addition of new things through a new channel.
But voice communication will sooner or later make it to the Wii. I mean Nintendo has many patents already for voice communications in a game and through the internet.
Its all coming together now.....thats why all the awesome online Wii games were announced so late in the year like Late October and November because Nintendo wanted to give all the companies time to work on there game so the Wii mic could work with it and thats why Nintendo wanted to save the secret til now..............I knew it!

Well that’s not guaranteeing a mic to be incorporated in teh video games unless Nintendo has already been supplying the developers with these features.

There’s hope for BWII and Smash Bros Brawl. But non Nintendo games well can’t say much for that. But there is always possible oppotunity for WiiConnect24 upgrading of the games to incorporate it. Especially if Nintenod makes the voice thing a universal thing on the Wii where you can talk to friends just through the Wii being the server. Then all devs would need to do is have a way of incorporating it in the game.

I like the last idea, I hope they do it that way!
This would definetly be the easiest. What it would do is make voice chat universal kidna in the sense you see for Xlive. Meaning they would have to do the same with the friends list is where the problem comes in.
With a universal voice chat mode through your friends list or a channel it would mean that the Wii hardware has this installed and all the games would need is a feature that allows that part of the hardware to work in the game. Would be easy for the devs.
