Supposedly these pics were gotten off some Sega FTP servers. The title of the game for the pics is Sonic Unleashed, which works seeing that Sega trademarked that name awhile back anways. Here’s a few of the picswarning pics are in very large size. Page stretch will happen)
Judging from the pics its hard to tell which platforms they’d fit. The first and last pic are obviously CG pics. The 2 in the middle are definetly gameplay pics. But the 2 in the middle could be represenative of any 7th gen console, as Wii could handle those graphics. But its argueable that they could be PS360 given it might be an alpha stage photo. But also we must notice the gameplay is very repsensative of that of Sonic and the Secret Rings than the earlier PS360 Sonic game.
But before platforms are discussed this is still a rumor so let’s keep it at that before people go at each other’s throats about which platform its on.
It’s not confirmed for any platform, but if I had to guess a platform, Wii would be first considering the recent success of Sonic and the Secret Rings and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics.
But probably haha. Sega hasn’t made a good Sonic game since Sonic Adventure 2 which was fucking awesome.
The first one was good, and 2 was also. But after that, it was not the same. I am more of an old school gamer, but I always like the new school.
Well I loved the Sonic “RPG’s” so I’d love to see another one like that.
But yea after the GC reiteration of both of those we haven’t had a good Sonic game. I mean except for the handheld ones. Otherwise Sonic Heroes wasn’t good, nor any of the Sonic Riders games, Sonic and the Secret Rings was alright but still not good(average), Sonic the Hedgehog PS360 was just a disgrace, and Shadow the Hedgehog may well have caused numerous eyes to bleed and many kittens to die.

Yup. I think the whole Shadow thing almost killed the whole series. The handhelds are still good, the ones after the adventure series have made me constipated. Not good. They should learn to focus on both gameplay and graphics, not just one.
