See, Broly averaging a beefy “3rd grade " Ascended Saiyan without drawbacks is one thing. Him reaching SS3- well, he’s more sadistic than enraged...whatever.
But, Raging Blast has now revealed the second character, and this is really fan-service here.

at least they are not strictly taking from AF like so many have said, but...
Vegeta never needed SS3 , especially after the Buu fight...he would have been able to go toe to toe with Mystic(this is after hirudegarn and uub)
I suspect this ties in with Broly..
So, there’s a Super Saiyan 3 club now hm?
Still, Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta- it never seemed like he needed it, he certainly didn’t think so.
