Shadows of Lylat Storyline

Does anyone know about the Shadows of Lylat storyline? I’ve read on the website that its date is between Star Fox 64 and Star Fox Adventures. I also know that there is a comic out that tells what happened between the to games and it had a lot to do with Fox, Falco, and Katt. Some guy names General/Sargent (I forgot) Sheers. Also, Andross is in it. The SoL website said that SoL wont have Andross in it. So technically, they are altering the story (yea we know, its non-cannon) and I know the comic is Japanese. So SoL won’t be changing the storyline (in the U.S. of course) so that leaves me woth the question.... does anybody know of possibly the characters or just the storyline of it. Not a spoiler, but just whats going on. Maybe the Apariods (SF Assault) will be in it.

Why would the Aparoids be in it when they’re in Starfox Assault, which is after Adventures?

Touche, but I think the TC was saying that the Aparoids might be in it from his own opinion, not from the words of the game creators.
Then again I’ve barely looked at the site itself so I got no room to judge.

According to the Assault storyline, one Aparoid showed up at some point in the past and destroyed the entire Cornerian fleet.

In Assault, the aparoids are mentioned to have attacked with a much smaller force, so maybe the storyline revolves around that. I highly doubt it though.

to give a little clarification, the game he is talking about is a rumored Star Fox game. The game was supposedly revealed in a magazine scan but later turned out to be false (or removed who knows). Point being there is no confirmed Star Fox game for Wii (or DS) that we know of as of right now.
