Purchase with discretion. If we can’t ban tobacco products, which have a directly negative effect almost all the time, we can’t ban violent video games which don’t always have the negative effects.

Why not? Just because kids and other people play the games do not mean that they will have negative effects. Parents should think about what video game to get for their kids instead of giving them what they want all the time. Remember the Columbine shooting? You think that some parents would watch what their children do instead of leaving them alone all the time.
