Macs, Scorpians, warthog platoons, orbital droppings, early spartan mechs (not the real spartans, these are pretty much big mechs) pelicans, nukes, and since they have issue to certain covey tech, plasma bombing.... if needed.
But thats getting to far IMO, i say this should just be a 'platoon vs platoon fight', no giant mechs or bid bombs.

-orbital EMP cannons to take out MACs
-Battlewalkers were made to fight and destroy tanks, Scorpion is no exception. Also Nekomatas which are faster and more maneuverable with no loss of firepower.
-drop pods(launched from titans, gunships, air transports, and APCs) to match orbital drop
-battlewalkers > early spartan mechs
-gunships to take out pelicans
-they got nukes.
-since when do they have covey stuff?
And platoon vs platoon...I’d say 2142...they have cloaking technology...
