It’s against the rules as it is an insult based on an individual’s sexual preferences, thus is discrimination based on that preference.
Really, just because the word is used, doesn’t mean the insult is intended to have anything to sexual preferance. Just like calling someone a shithead doesn’t imply that their cranium is comprised of feces.

I’d say the game qualities go, I’d say they are about equal. But as far as fighting/competion goes I highly doubt anything from Mario Kart moves at 300-400 MPH. BTW the boards in Riders could probably just float over the turtle shells.
