Agreed.
And did you guys know that MAX PAYNE 3’s in-game photos has been sent to my e-mail account by rockstar?
May I post it here?
Oh, and the story is very funny(I mean, the concept):“12 years after the events of Max Payne 2, Max finds himself in São Paulo, Brazil – where security work is plentiful but the risks are high. When murder and betrayal dog his every step, Max is once again thrust into the heart of a brutal city with nothing but his weapons and his instincts in a desperate search for truth and a way out."
I swear to god, I’ll kill the guy that wrote this shit.
You’ve never understood or even played the Max payne games have you?
Yes I have.
Why are you defying my gaming experience?
No...better yet...
Why is EVERYONE treating me like a smart-ass douche?
Can’t you treat me like Kagrenac, Xbug, Zucas, HALOOOO, or any other gaming users here?
Umm...

RE5 IS BETTER!

RE4 score IMO: 9.9999999999999999999
mmk?
That’s because you’re an idiot.
For once Squip... I agree.
I meant the way HE treats THOSE GUYS.
Including you.
I mean, the only thing you, squip and bunch of other gamers here do is tease me, disagree with me, call me annoying or stupid and ignore my comments.
Oh, I see.
Anyways, I hardly ever treat you bad compared to others. I’ve given lots of people on this site some shit from time to time, but they never get all worked up over it.
Just chill the fuck out. I mean who cares what some people over the internet say about you.

Well...yeah, I’m not chilled.
But you can sure as fuck see why.
I hardly play any games anymore dude. But I’ll add you if it’s that big of a deal to you.
Dude, you just need to loosen up. Who gives a fuck what a bunch of people OVER THE INTERNET say about you.
So you aren’t treated as well as Zucas or some of the other older members here. So what. They’ve been here longer than you or me. That’s why they are treated with so much more repsect.

For anyone who cares I’m going to the Slayer, Megadeth, Suicide Silence and machine head concert now, in about two hours and going to meet my buddies going to it in about 20 minutes .

Squip- man you are ruining your smart moment. Well can’t say I’m surprised. The RE storyline is one of the best in the industry if not the best. RE4 didn’t let up on that and gave a compelling conspiracy to go along with the first 4 (RE0,1,2<3) and Code Veronica.
RE5 on the other hand completely took all those stories and said screw the conspiracy we are going to ruin Jill, Chris, and Wesker’s character, make it cliche, and end it on a subpar note. The whole setup from RE4 was just completely ruined. All because they ruined the characters.
Don’t get me wrong, RE5 is a fun game to play through. But that’s all it is. Just became an unsual action game with a sublime story for an RE game. Any Resident Evil fan can’t look at that story and be satisfied with it. Because if you are, you are not a Resident Evil fan.
i know you posted this a few days ago, but are you serious? have you even played the first game (Which is my personal favorite)...if anything, RE5 put the series back in place. none of that branching off crap.

FAIL. Talk to me when you actually know and understand the RE series well and then understand why RE5 completely destroys that. Silly goose.
I’ve played every main line RE game except Code Veronica. 0, 1, 2, and 3 all stick to a similar telling story. RE4 works as a spinoff but really sets in motion a way of tying it to the first 3. RE5 came out tied it weakly, changed the characters, and ended it weakly. RE5’s story compared to the rest and how it fits was just bad. And it’s not surprising considering the original creator, Shinji Mikami, had nothing to do with it. Silly goose trying to challenge me on Resident Evil.

SPINOFF??
Dude, with all respect, that wasnt spinoff even if it said in-game.
I mean, just because there isn’t actual zombies doesnt mean it’s not from the main branch!
And YES, RE5 story sucks hard dick, but it’s a great excellent game that every gamer should play.
I think you’re pissed about the genre change from Puzzling-horror game to non-stop action game

RE4 did work as a spinoff but for those who actually played through know how it fits with the rest. Considering the time difference between it and RE3, it really could only have worked that way. RE really could have ended after RE3 if they wanted to.
I’d agree with that about RE5. Still a fun game to play. And no of course I’m not pissed that everything that made Resident Evil games fun was taken away in favor of a slow generic action game such that 360 owners actually could play it becuase they can’t play real games.
I never said it wasn’t on the main storyline. I said Code Veronica and RE4 work more as a spinoff although they come back to the original story well in some form or way. RE5 is definitely in the main line. Would have been that way even if the story wasn’t that because of who the main character was.
I just personally don’t like it (and any real RE fan) becuase of what they did to the characters of Chris and Wesker, how they ruined the conspiracy with a weak cliche, and how they turned it from a creepy adventure/puzzler into a slow action game.

I DID play through. The story is not the greatest, but is not that bad. And, since it’s just Leon rescuing Ashley, I understand why it has a spin-off feeling to it. Netherless, it still is part of the main storyline. BTW, I agree with everything else, except that part about RE3. Hell no! There were a lot of unanswered questions in the ending of Code Veronica(Haven’t played 3), it sure as fuck wouldn’t stop there.

All I said is that it could have ended after RE3 but it didn’t for good reason. Because it left the conspiracy still open. RE5 didn’t do that. They pretty much said here’s our shitty ending and deal with it. Kick in the face to any RE fan.
As for RE4 you are saying exactly what I’m saying. It worked as a spinoff but it still connected in many ways to the main line story which is why it could be called RE4.

It actually isn’t for the main chars (Umbrella chronicles anyone?), it’s for the ending.
Oh, and I didn’t like the new Chris as well. I mean, WTF? Is he onto bovine steroids or something? He’s a fucking ape in the game!
I didn’t see too much of a difference on Wesker, but I sure did LOVE the cliché, as ironic as it seems!
