Battle front 2 was so epic for me. It was the funnest star wars game I ever played ever. And I’m usually only and fan of Star Wars Red Squadron games and Old Republic.
BattleFront 3 was in development by a team known as FREE RADICAL- they had an impressive game build, including flying onto ships that MOVED — Jedi on ships....it’s insane, i could keep listing stuff for a while- most importantly a revolutionary large map system where you could start on a planet , hop into a starfightre then FLY from ground, to the AIR, to ORBIT, and THEN to SPACE - a enormous battlefield the likes of which hasn’t ever been attempted since.
Unfortunatly, Free Radical ended up dying, and they were bought by-crytek, i believe, who wanted the super-tech they had.
Before they fell, someone from FR said that when Free radical died, the super-technology died with them, however it sems that someone else picked up Battlefront 3. Whoever it is, no one knows- some game studio’s going through a LOT of effort to keep it secret.
I Heard somewhere that Rebellion Could be making it. you know, the guys who created Star Wars battlefield:renegade & elite sqadron. i dont know if ture. i jusr remember seeing it somewhere.

Actually, Rebellion hasn’t said muc hat all.
Pandemic- a Pandemic admin personally denied that they had pcked up Battlefront 3
I think Lucasarts shoots highr than rebellion when it comes to large games that have a huge legacy such as this- this is their next bigges tthing other than Lucas’s Star Wars Force Unleashed Project(the whole project).
