Arceus because well it is the god pokemon and its ability multi-type makes it any type. Its final sole move called judgment always does 100 damage based on what type it is plus the same type power boost so it does a base attack of 150 all the time.
Arceus is an event pokemon and it is found at spear piller, you need the azure flute and need to play it at the alter on spear piller to reach the hall of orgin and fight and capture it. It is at lvl 80 the highest of any pokemon ever in the wild. Be pateint for the event with Arceus if you try to get it now with action replay you run the risk of getting a corrupt file, so many morons have been whining about it because when you try this cheat it can ruin your game.

Palkia isnt the strongest pokemon dialga is stronger than palkia and bigger than palkia if u want proof search it online.Arceus is th strongest pokemon.Same as darkrai it has dark void and it can kill arceus but than still arceus is cause its:
-all types
-learn any tm or hm
-has good hp.
Or mew can be the bestpokemon because it can copy pokemon and thats good.
