Its actually arceus due to the fact that it can alter its type from various plates found in the game. In the biological phylifical fopiacnical reasons it states (quote) “Arceus powns” (unquote) So my answer is dialga based on several reasons. I like the colour gray and blue. I think Mew is because Mew is a Pscik pokemon and Arseus is Ghost part Dark and Pscik beats both of those.
