suikoden 3 help.

downloaded suikoden 3 and it came with 3 files. one huge file entitled suikoden III.I00 another small one entitled suikoden III.I01 and another one suikoden III.mds .. anywho is there a way i can convert this stuff to a elf file or how can i get this to work., in the emulator., i dont wanna burn it to a cd., for i haven one.

any help would be appreciated.
