Yes, it’s possible, my brother made a level editor for Super Mario 64! It is so addicting to make your own stuff in each level. I made Bob-omb Battlefield into a fire level, the mountain being a volcano. I changed all the goombas into pokeys, (the cactus) and much, much more.

Whoever wants a copy of the level editor (SM64project) can email me (cawedel@sbcglobal.net) and tell me WHY they want it.

Alan Rare is lying smiley

I’m working on a Super Mario 64 Level editor, I’m not lying, and I’m not his brother.

I’m loving the idea of your Super Mario 64 editor. It’s something that I’ve always hoped for. Will one be able to create pretty much any kind of level (such as a bowser obstacle course), or are there going to be some limitations?

Definitely keep going on that, can’t wait for a big time release.

Anomomaus Person:

Whatever...

I’m working on the Mario 64 editor, and your friend doesn’t. You are either lying or your friend does.

Do you want me to put a big “F*ck Lemon the Man” on my page and/or editor just to prove it?

I’m not really good at editing 3d games / making 3d games, but I have some code that I used in GM, that enables you to click with your mouse on the screen, and It will calculate that position by x, y, coordinates. Using this you could improve your editor, so that you could make objects just by clicking anywhere on the screen, instead of calculating the x,y, values mentally. If you are interested, just tell me.

Note- The code does not calculate z values, sad, sorry.

If you don’t believe me, I will post some screenies!

Alan’s back, everyone! Well, I have a picture of the level editor running on my desktop too. Ignore the guy who says that he has a SM64 editor. Here is the pic for all to see: http://img93.imageshack.us/img93/4719/fgfg9df.png
