Ok sadly it’ll be using Friend Condes (godF**** dammit Ninty! Friend Codes SUCK GET THAT THROUGH UR HEAD!). Also ninty rep says that they’re keeping the friend codes because it make sonline “safer”. well looks like Wii’s online will continue to suck sadly .
Next, yo ucan play mathcmaking (which is alrdy available i nall other Wii games) only it doesn’t give u a rank or stats. Anotehr Ninty rep said “This is about having fun with friends not competing. You can have “customizable text based taunts”.
Also, while u wait for ur oppenet to choose his character u can practice on a dummy.
And fianlly, u can spectate and bet on who u think will win.
Ok now then to summarize this all up i’m kinda dissapointed...i was hoping SSBB online to fix the wii’s crappy online set up...but nope. Looks like Ninty’s keeping friend codes in their games (Stupid idea...and becuase of it tehy’ll prbly saty in last place when it coems to online), you can make customizable taunts (which sound ok), u can practice on a dummy (kool), you can play matchmaking but u have no stats or leaderboards (ok i guess...but it’d be nice to see stats. Kinda stupid but i dont care too much...) and spectating (which sounds kool but i’d rather be in the match. Nice idea though.). And there were no mentioning of mic support .
So overall i’d say it prbly is the best Wii online game but unfortuantly it’ll be one of the worst online games this year . o well...at least Brawl will still be fun whether with shitty online or not
no mic? so, i wouldn’t like to here a noob screaming there head off and quiting because they suck. any ways, you just beat the crap out of each other, so why chat?
But I don’t judge an online game by its capabilities of friend tracking. So, frankly, I think it will, as a multiplayer game, rape most of the competition, because its Super Smash Brothers alone. Its really more competitive anyway, and friend codes wouldn’t enhance that.

dude i jsut read through everythign on it. It rlly wont compared to PS3 and 360 games. But compared to Wii games yes it’ll be fun....the best infact.

Mic = Suck. I don’t want to hear a bunch of snotty nosed kids complaining after I kick their ass. Same with Halo 3, I don’t want to hear bitching after I pwn somebody. I never used a mic to begin with. And friend codes are a little odd, but you only have to put it in one time, so it’s not that bad.
Honestly.. Brawl is going to get more playtime from me than any other online game ever. That’s probably going to be the same for 6 million other Wii owners.

doesn’t matter. That’d be like giving SMG online but some of teh worst onlien ever. I’m not sayign the game will suck...just it’s onlien will. If u honestly think taht jsut because a great game has onlien doesn’t mean it has the best onlien ever....especially if it’s onlien is mediocre.

umm no mics are good. And besides u nvr even played H3 online...me and nervin checkd . Mics improve to online gameplay
Plus i’d rather add a simple name then a 16 digit friend code
and the SSBB Wii players will enjoy it...i mean i’ll enjoy it’s online (but only becuase i love SS but honestly with the features it has it’s kinda sucky.
