The Conduit multiplayer details

This is from what is confirmed from a recent interview at ign.com and what others contributed to wikipedia, note that not all of it is final

Will have at least 3 multiplayer modes including deathmatch and capture the flag- hopefully more will be included

Will support 16 players online- only known confirmation

Rumored that the developers are working on voice chat- would be cool

May have no splitscreen/offline multiplayer- would be nice but to have it but just like other games such as BFBC it does not make a huge difference in the end mainly because your friends always screen watch.

I really like split screen, not for the screen peaking aspect, but for taking it to my friends houses and all of us getting to play the game at the same time... is fun and I like

man the conduit is going to be the best game on the wii if it lives up to the hype anyway the graphics and the online multiplayer are whats going to make this game but if the online gameplay suckz!! there no way this game is going to be a great fps i mean online multiplayer is what made halo legendary i have a 360 and a wii so i know what great online gaming is like so if high voltage can get the conduit great graphics and great online gameplay (don’t forget a spectacular campaign) this could move the wii into the hardcore gaming circle lets keep our fingers crossed

It looks good, gameplay looks OK, but i just hope so hard that the multiplayer ROCKS! 3 multiplayer modes isn’t that much...

I am currently having more fun watching DVDs with my used PS2, which is something the Wii STILL lacks; a DVD player.

Only thing I hate about the wii really is the fact that so many developers make retarded ports or cheap cash-ins that most ingorant people tend to buy. Just like how the PS2 got loaded with crappy 3rd party games.

Anyways the wii is still fun with games like SSBB and MKwii, I mean if anyone was a promising game coming up, madworld does release in a few days.

Yea devs really do give it a bad name but there is still a large selection of good games. I own almost 60 now and I know at least half are ones that real hardcore gamers on the Wii should own. Other 30 are just tryouts or personal niches for myself but we all have our perks right.

Only thing that pisses me off about Wii aside from devs is people who complain about the Wii having no games yet they own very few. If someone has had a Wii over a year and only has 10 games then this says 2 things. One, you don’t like what Wii has to offer and that it is your fault. If you don’t buy them then of course you can’t like them. Meaning the issue is with you not the games. Trying to blame it on anyone but yourself just makes you a jackass.

That’s the only thing that has pissed me off about the Wii. Gets a bad rep from mainly these mainstream gamers that call themselves hardcore gamers. Shooter and action game whores that really wouldn’t know what a hardcore game is if it slapped them in the face.

Well if you haven’t bought anything within Brawl and to Madworld, then it’s obvious the Wii isn’t for you. Just you need to recognize there were loads of really great games released between them but obviously didn’t appeal to you. Meaning the issue is with you and nothing else. That makes you righteous and not a jackass so try to use that one every now and then.

But I bet if most people would actually try some Wii games aside from the ones you know will be good you’d be pleasantly surprised. I don’t hear about anyone else picking up Blast Works on Wii yet they pick up it’s knock off LittleBigPlanet. Or no one picking up De Blob, Wario Land, Boom Blox, and most recently HOT Overkill. Games are out there just have to try them. Rental or ask me I can tell ya which ones I think you’ll like.

I don’t think it’s that Wii games suck, it’s just the price is too high to justify for that particular game.
