The Elder Scrolls V

I read a review on Fallout 3 and it looks pretty damn cool.
The coolest thing about it I thought was that it has the Karma scale. Great Idea.

More realistic animal movements would be cooler too. Horses stretching and their mains/tails fluttering, bears running with their flabby skin moving around,

its not in production, they’ve switched focus to fallout 3 now, we most likely wont even hear about it for at least 3 years.

I have been waiting for this game to be put out into forums to talk about it.
Nords are my favorite characters. To be able to control an entire army would be awesome. I know Bethesda shot down the Horse-back combat, but I think it would be cool if you had to buy horses if they had died in combat, you know, to make it more realistic. And it would be awesome to have a partially destructable environment, like chopping trees you swing at with a axe or sword, cutting plants and breaking stuff with weapons. I didn’t like how Bethesda made the jumping action. I think it would look better if the jumps were more natural and you recoil when you land from a jump from a high building.
Also if there are plug-ins, I am hoping they don’t delay on making them for PS3 when The Elder Scrolls V comes out, not to mention for Oblivion...
I think the environment should be more realistic. The graphics were awesome and beautiful in Cyrodiil, but imagine active environments.
Like snow falling while in snowy areas (Skyrim), or make leaves change color and fall in autumn months, A footprint in the snow (I have noticed that when you walk through snow in Cyrodiil, you have no footprints.), have unpredictable effects (like random creaking floorboards in sneak mode), and even damaged looking armor when it is beat up and damaged.Maybe even Scars and temporary cuts.
Sinking in water when you have really heavy armor, more realistic blocking (not just keeping your weapon in the same place and being able to block every hit, including arrows), And if I may add, hybrid races with random mixes of skills and weaknesses would be amazing!
More natural assassinations, like a knife in the throat of you have a short blade, breaking their neck if you are unarmed, choking, etc.
I would say keep the arena, it was super fun being able to do a gladiator type thing in Oblivion. I really wish Kvatch could be rebuilt on Oblivion...
Maybe hired mercenaries for you, or npc’s that don’t like you can hire them to kill you. If they try to kill you in your sleep, you wake up and have to button mash to get out and eventually kill the assassin.

when ever they say the elderscrolls V is comin out itll probly NOT be XBOX 360! which sucks!!!the game will probly take a new sytem like PS3! (and computer)

Ive heard of no official proof that confirms the development on the Elder Scrolls V and I have never seen anything on Bethesda Official Website about the Elder Scrolls V but I hope it does come out and if it comes out in 'The Next Generation' it will probably be coming out on the Xbox 720.

I just googled elder scrolls V and found out that it is going to be set in Summerset Isle. There were absolutely no plot leaks but I think it will still be good. If you want to read the article yourself google ELDER SCROLLS V: SUMMERSET ISLE. (not all caps) =)

I heard it is set in Skyrim. According to the owners of Bethesda.

Umm...Sentry dude...The article I read was actually written by bethesda softworks itself.

I dont think the game is comming out anytime soom cus bethesda or whatev worked on oblivion alone for 6 years since 2000 and since the new game should have some new material it will probably take them longer to make

Go to www.canirunit.com select the game you want to play and the site tells you if you have the hardware specs to run a game

I would like to see the big V to have the same concept as Saints Row 2 where you could bring a friend in and explore the world together doing quests and stuff.
but then again i could be talking shit.

In ElderScrolls V Iwould hope that you cld maybe bring back the blocking concepts from The ElderScrolls III but make it more realistic like the sparring you wld see in the fightiers guild

jeez please tell me you are joking an mmorpg would just kill the series i hope they just keep it like oblivion and morrowind which was so much better in actual game terms i mean you didnt just go into some little hole in the ground and fight something 2 levels below yourself you had to get better to do certain missions and also because i pikeyed everythng then sold it on both games i preffered morowind for the “thats my pillow” lol if you steal something on oblivion you can just sell it back jeez im sorry i went off on one too lol
