Yeah nice try but no, there are a good amount of different people who buy the wii, besides gaming is not just a kind of activity only ment for older teens or adults, it is met for everyone who would want to enjoy it. If you just hate the fact that other people in the non-gamer catagory are finally playing and that Nintendo is making money off of it, that is your own problem.

I just got a 360 but in my opinion, even with their big shooter Halo 3, only thing that kept me into it was multiplayer not the story at all. I honestly like Metroid Prime 3 more do to its control and its excellent story. Super Mario Galaxy was an amazing game and I am still playing it, I have not even finished it yet, I am still enjoying my time on it.

Just because 1 kind of person gets the wii does not mean everyone of that kind does nor does it mean that is all who buy it. I honestly have had a harder time in the classic Super Mario Bros then I ever had in Halo, in this case the difficulty of Halo is no where compared to the classics of Nintendo like the first metroid or first Super Mario Bros. People just like to think of Halo or whatever as a symbol of a hardcore game or the PS3 + 360 as high manly mechines only cause they have high graphics and more online funcinality.

Truth be said, no those do not matter in the long run.

This generation has seen many heavily populated online games and people would think that WOW or Halo 3 take the most each with 8-9 million players. Think again, they have been bested by Pokemon Diamond and Peral. Both have over 13 million players and that just shows a good idea abot how many people use it for online.

I didn’t do that. I was just like, “Oh f*** YEAH!" grin
My grandma didn’t do that, but she bought her own, mostly for the grandkids to play when they come over.

dang, u didn’t need to write an essay. the fact still remains, and even Nintendo themselves stated that they aren’t aiming for the hardcore gamers anymore. they’re broadening their targeted audience, those who don’t play games at all. they dumb down games and make it accessible to the non-gamers. i’m not saying it’s not a fun system, but you get the jest.

Also, I can hardly consider invading the Space Pirates' homeworld a great story. I liked Metroid Prime 2 more. It outperformed it in every category.

Halo 3 had multiplayer, replayable levels, a great story, and screenshots/video saving and other things. You can even upload your photos on bungie.net and save them on your comp for making sigs and stuff! Not to mention there is actually online.

I get what your saying, but that’s not what I meant. It would have been nice to have a different last boss. Maybe a phazon infected ub3r l337 Giant metroid Prime that has rocket launchers and stuff? Why Dark Samus again? What happened to the meaning of Metroid Prime? Why don’t they just call the series Dark Samus?
